Fresh air. Humidity under control.

Wet windows every morning? Mould that keeps coming back?

The cause is usually humid air trapped indoors with nowhere to go.

How it works

One small unit through an outside wall. Damp air goes out, fresh air comes in, and the copper core keeps your indoor temperature steady.

What we do

We assess your home's layout and where condensation builds up most, then choose the right units and the best positions for airflow. Ventilation is our expertise.

01

Free home assessment

We look at your home and give you an honest answer on whether ventilation will fix the problem.

02

Fitted in a day

Clean installation at a set time, usually in one day for homes needing up to 3 units. The units go through an outside wall. No ducts, no major renovation.

03

Check-up after 30 days

We come back to check everything is working as it should and take a final humidity reading. Then we email you your before and after results.

Why it's an excellent investment for your home

Fresh air, day and night

In closed rooms, stale air builds up and can leave you tired and foggy. Fresh air coming in all day and night helps you sleep better and feel more alert during the day, without opening a window.

Protects your home and its value

Condensation and damp damage paint, plaster and wood, and signs of mould put buyers and tenants off. Keeping humidity under control helps protect your home's condition, so it's easier to sell or rent when the time comes.

A copper heat exchanger

The copper heat exchanger recovers the warmth from outgoing air in winter and the cool in summer, so you get fresh air without wasting energy on heating or cooling. Copper also doesn't absorb moisture and naturally resists bacteria, helping create a healthier and more comfortable indoor environment.

Smart, simple control

Every unit can be controlled from your phone. Our sensor models monitor humidity and adjust the fan speed automatically, and remind you when the filter needs changing. Our top model also monitors CO2 and air quality. Check your readings whenever you like.

Luis

We're Anna and Luis. We've both dealt with damp in our own homes, so we know how frustrating it is when cleaning and dehumidifiers only treat the result. The real cause is air that doesn't circulate. That's why ventilation is the only thing we do.

We speak English and Portuguese. Installations are carried out by qualified installers we choose and check, and every job is our responsibility, from the first visit to the 30-day check-up.

Questions

Do I need ducts or building work?

No. The units go through an outside wall. There are no ducts and no major renovation, and fitting usually takes a day.

How do I know ventilation is right for my home?

That's what the free assessment is for. We'll tell you honestly whether ventilation will help, and if so how many units you need and where.

Will I lose heat in winter?

The units use a copper heat exchanger, so most of the heat stays inside while stale, humid air goes out.

Where do you work?

Greater Lisbon and Cascais, starting this winter. Houses and flats.

Is the price fixed?

Yes, once we've seen your home. You get a fixed price in writing after the assessment, before you book.

Is it noisy?

On low speed it runs quietly enough for bedrooms.

How long does installation take?

Most homes needing up to 3 units are fitted in one day.

What maintenance does it need?

The filters need cleaning or replacing from time to time. We'll show you how, and on ERP and ERP PRO models the app reminds you when it's due.

Will it make my home hot in summer?

No. The copper core keeps your indoor temperature steady, so fresh air comes in without letting the heat in.
